The schools are the heart of our community, and the reason many families move here. But it’s the community itself that makes people stay.

Connections to our schools don’t end when your student graduates. The Community Engagement Committee is dedicated to fostering meaningful opportunities for all community members, especially those without current students in the district, to learn, connect, and stay engaged with the vibrant life of our schools.

This year, the committee hosted three unique and inspiring events:

  • A complimentary reception at the PHS Student Center before the fall play, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time

  • A special reception, parent education event, and school visits with national best-selling author and PBS host Kelly Corrigan and her daughter, Claire Lichty, celebrating their new children’s book, Marianne the Maker

  • Cocktails & Conversation with former U.S. Ambassador to Australia, Jeff Bleich

We warmly invite you to join us for future events, share your ideas, and help shape our programming by joining the Community Engagement Committee. Whether you have an idea for a speaker, want to meet new people, or simply enjoy thoughtful conversation, there’s a place for you. Let’s continue to build connections that make our community stronger, together.
