Our community has a plethora of opportunities to support our schools. We understand it can be overwhelming with requests to give coming from different places and organizations at different times. To help, here is an idea of what to expect as you plan your school-year budget. Please note that the calendar is only a small cross-section of groups and events.
Sources for Giving
PiedmontStore.org (run by PEF):
Your go-to hub for parent-supported programs and community activities. This is where you’ll find Parents’ Club memberships, Teacher & Staff gift funds, field trips, senior events, grade-level donations, and more.
Infinite Campus School Store (run by PUSD):
Used for school-related purchases and contributions, including books, PE uniforms, yearbooks, and support for programs like athletics and coaching stipends.
The Giving Campaign:
Our primary annual fundraiser. Each year, we bridge the gap between public funding (state and local taxes) and the true cost of educating our students. Every family is asked to make a personally meaningful gift.
Spring Fling:
A season of community-building fundraising events, including an online auction, parent-hosted parties, and a grand gala with silent and live auctions and a Fund-a-Need. Proceeds directly support Piedmont’s elementary schools.
