Everything you know and love about summer with PRD is back – plus plenty of exciting new additions and upgrades. Here’s a sneak peek at how we’re leveling up the classics:
Camp Everything
Camp Everything is back with the most affordable traditional day-camp experience around.
Choose a 9 am-3 pm or 9 am-5 pm camp day, with free early drop-off beginning at 8:30 am, available to all participants.
Last year’s field trips to local destinations like the Oakland Zoo and Alameda County Fair proved so popular that we’ll be offering them weekly this year!
NextGen C.I.T. (formerly VolunTEENS)
We’re expanding capacity and upgrading the benefits for our Councilor-in-Training program for teens in grades 7-10!
The new curriculum adds practical job-readiness training, including resume building, interview skills, and workplace etiquette. Participants will also earn CPR certification and receive water safety instruction.
Sidekicks adaptive programming
Our programs for neurodiverse children continue to grow. We’ll be offering Sidekicks programming every week this summer – including 5 full-day adaptive camps!
New additions include a full-day “Mindful Movement” camp and a week-before-school camp designed to help ease the transition back into the classroom.
Popular 1-on-1 matching for current Sidekicks participants will continue as well.
