Piedmont Education Foundation Welcomes New Social Media Interns

Piedmont Education Foundation (PEF) is excited to welcome its new Social Media Interns: Justin Amen, Skye Prata-Baack, and Chloe Toyama, all juniors at Piedmont High School. This talented team will help PEF share the story of our schools and community through engaging social media content.
Justin Amen is a student-athlete and National Honor Society member who manages multiple social media accounts featuring sports and gaming content.
Skye Prata-Baack is also a student-athlete and ASB member who has performed in PHS musicals, the Bird Calling Contest and enjoys community service.
Chloe Toyama is an honors student who plays and coaches soccer and participates actively in several student organizations, including the Key Club, Advisory for Asians Club, and the Entrepreneurship Club.
Working closely with PEF staff, the interns will develop creative content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that showcases PEF’s impact, celebrates community events, and strengthens connections between Piedmont’s schools and the broader community.
“This is a unique opportunity for Justin, Skye, and Chloe to gain real-world experience in marketing, communications, and nonprofit work while contributing to the success of their school,” said Dana Murray, PEF Communications Chair. “We’re thrilled to share their creativity and energy with our community.”
PEF’s social media channels — @piedmonteducationfoundation on Instagram and @piedmontedfoundation on Facebook — share news and stories about PEF initiatives and community events. This year, the Foundation will also highlight memorable moments from its history as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.
