Community Meetings for Superintendent Search
As we commence the search for our next superintendent, our search firm, Leadership Associates, will be leading community listening sessions. These sessions will be parents and community stakeholders’ primary opportunity to provide feedback into the superintendent search process. Leadership Associates will compile and analyze feedback and share it with the Board; we will then use this feedback as we interview candidates to ensure we hire someone who embraces stakeholder priorities.

> Community Meeting #2, PMS (evening): October 7
7:30 – 8:15 pm in the PMS library
> Community Meeting #3: All Community Virtual Meeting (evening). October 8th

During these sessions, Leadership Associates consultants will share an overview of the process, and then ask two primary questions:
- What are the desirable qualities, characteristics, background and professional and personal experiences for the next superintendent?
- What do you see as the district’s strengths and the major challenges facing it in the years ahead?
There is no need to RSVP.
