The Annual 4th of July Parade is back! Bring your family and friends and celebrate the 4th! The PHS Service Crew will run a pancake breakfast before the parade begins. The parade will begin at 11am on Highland Avenue to be followed by a city-wide celebration in Piedmont Park at 1pm.
