Piedmont Sports Hall of Fame Announces Class of 2027
The Piedmont Sports Hall of Fame announces its Class of 2027, an eight-member group of honorees whose achievements span the football field, the track, the pool, the tennis court, and beyond. The inductees will be formally recognized at the PSHOF’s induction ceremony on April 24, 2027 at 2:00 PM, at the Alan Harvey Theater.
The 2027 PSHOF inductees are Michael Hernandez (Class of 2012); Steve Humphries (Class of 1985); Missy Moore (Class of 1983); Doyle O’Regan (Coach); Nick Pacult (Class of 2016); Becky Richter (Class of 1980); Betsy Swan (Class of 1983) and Kaelli Thiel (Class of 2016).
The Piedmont Sports Hall of Fame (PSHOF) was established in 2003 by a group of citizens with a keen interest in the rich athletic history of Piedmont High School. The Hall of Fame was founded upon the principle that Piedmont High School athletes, coaches, administrators, boosters and community members who have made outstanding contributions to PHS athletics should be honored and enshrined.
